氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者伴焦虑抑郁的效果

EFFECT OF HALOPERTHIATON MELLITTRINE IN TREATING COPD PATIENTS WITH ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION

目的探究氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴焦虑抑郁患者疗效。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月该院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴焦虑抑郁116例患者作为研究对象,通过随机抽取信封的方法分为观察组和对照组。观察组58例,采用常规治疗+氟哌噻吨美利曲辛的治疗方法;对照组58例,采用常规治疗,观察比较二组患者治疗后肺功能、炎症反应、抑郁焦虑的情况。结果观察组患者的肺功能明显比对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的炎症反应明显比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的预后指标治疗后比对照组患者恢复更好,治疗后抑郁焦虑分值下降程度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗当中可有效改善病症,缓解抑郁焦虑症状,值得应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of haloperthiaton mellittraxin in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with anxiety and depression.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with COPD with anxiety and depression during March 2020 to 2021 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into observation and control groups by randomly drawing envelopes.There were fifty eight patients in the observation group,using conventional treatment with+haloperthiaton melrittrine,and 58 patients in the control group.Using conventional treatment,we observed and compared the lung function,inflammatory response,depression and anxiety between the two groups.Results The lung function than the control group and statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory response was significantly lower and statistically significant(P<0.05).The prognostic index of patients in the observation group recovered better after treatment than in control patients,with higher decreases in depression anxiety scores after treatment,and statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Merxine in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the disease and relieve depression and anxiety symptoms.
