舒血宁注射液联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血液流变学的影响

Effect of Shuxuening Injection Combined with Edaravone on Neurological Function and Hemorheology in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨舒血宁注射液联合依达拉奉治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血液流变学的影响。方法选择2018年7月至2021年6月在郑州颐和医院进行药物治疗的急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,共110例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组给予依达拉奉注射液治疗,观察组患者给予舒血宁注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗,治疗时间为2周。采用国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价神经功能,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测神经损伤标志物指标,包括S100-β蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和神经胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP),并采用全自动检测仪检测全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血细胞比容以及纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标。结果治疗后,两组患者NIHSS评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清S100-β蛋白、NSE和GFAP等神经损伤标志物以及全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血细胞比容和纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标均降低,且观察组上述神经损伤标志物和液流变学指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液联合依达拉奉可改善急性脑梗死患者神经损伤标志物和血液流变学指标水平,促进神经功能恢复,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of Shuxuening injection combined with edaravone on neurological function and hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute cerebral infarction who received drug therapy in Zhengzhou Yihe Hospital from July 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The subjects were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with edaravone injection,and patients in the observation group were treated with Shuxuening injection combined with edaravone injection.The treatment time was 2 weeks.The National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)was used to assess neurological function.The nerve damage markers were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,including S100-βprotein,neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),and the hemorheological indicators of blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen were detected by automatic detector.Results After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of nerve damage markers of S100-βprotein,NSE and GFAP and hemorheological indexes of whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen in the two groups were reduced,and the above nerve injury markers and fluid rheology indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening injection combined with edaravone could improve the levels of nerve damage markers and hemorheological indexes in patients with acute cerebral infarction,promote the recovery of nerve function and improve the treatment effect.
