高能体外冲击波联合益肾强骨丸治疗早期股骨头坏死的效果

Clinical Effect of High-Energy Extracorporeal Shock Wave Combined with Yishen Qiang gu Pill on Early Femoral Head Necrosis

目的探讨高能体外冲击波联合益肾强骨丸治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床效果。方法将2018年3月至2020年12月在郑州中医骨伤病医院就诊的74例早期股骨头坏死患者随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,均为37例。两组患者均接受高能体外冲击波治疗,观察组患者在此基础上接受益肾强骨丸治疗,治疗时间为3个月。对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价疼痛程度,采用Harris髋关节评分评价髋关节功能。结果观察组临床疗效(治愈及好转分别为19例和14例)高于对照组(治愈及好转分别为10例和18例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1、3个月时,VAS评分降低,并呈现下降趋势,多个时间点比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上述治疗时间点VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1、3个月时,Harris评分升高,并呈现上升趋势,多个时间点比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上述治疗时间点Harris评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期股骨头坏死患者实施高能体外冲击波联合益肾强骨丸治疗方案,能够有效减轻疼痛症状,并提高髋关节活动功能,临床治疗效果满意。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high-energy extracorporeal shock wave combined with Yishen Qianggu pill on early femoral head necrosis.Methods A total of 74 patients with early femoral head necrosis who were treated in Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics Hospital from March 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(37 cases)and control group(37 cases)by random number table method.The patients in both groups were given high-energy extracorporeal shock wave therapy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Yishen Qianggu pills on this basis.Treatment time was 3 months.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,the pain degree was evaluated by visual analog scale(VAS),and the hip function was evaluated by Harris hip score.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group(19 cases and 14 cases were cured and improved,respectively)was higher than that of the control group(10 cases and 18 cases were cured and improved,respectively)(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were decreased,showing a downward trend,and there was statistical difference at multiple time points(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months of treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months after treatment,the Harris scores of the two groups were increased,showing an upward trend,and there was statistical difference at multiple time points(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months of treatment,the Harris scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of high-energy extracorporeal shock wave combined with Yishen Qianggu pill could alleviate the pain symptoms of patients with early femoral head necrosis,improve hip joint function,and have a satisfactory treatment effect.
