认知行为共情式心理护理在免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Empathic Psychological Nursing in Patients with Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura

目的分析认知行为共情式心理护理在免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月河南大学第一附属医院收治的84例免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各42例。对照组接受常规心理护理干预,研究组接受认知行为共情式心理护理干预。观察两组患者干预前后临床指标水平及自我管理水平情况。结果研究组患者干预后贝克焦虑问卷(BAI)、Herth希望量表(HHI)以及中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后饮食管理、药物管理、症状管理以及社会心理适应等自我管理行为优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患者实施认知行为共情式心理护理干预,可以很好地改善患者临床各项指标,提高自我管理能力水平,对于推动医院护理可持续发展具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the application effect of cognitive behavioral empathic psychological nursing in patients with immune thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods A total of 84 patients with immune thrombocytopenic purpura from March 2021 to March 2022 were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine psychological nursing intervention,and the study group received cognitive behavioral empathy psychological nursing intervention.The clinical index levels and self-management levels of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were observed.Results After the intervention,the Baker anxiety inventory(BAI),Herth hope inventory(HHI)and Chinese perceptual stress scale(CPSS)scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-management behaviors such as diet management,drug management,symptom management and social psychological adaptation in the study group were better than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavior empathic psychological nursing intervention for patients with immune thrombocytopenic purpura can well improve various clinical indicators of patients and improve the level of self-management ability,which is of positive significance for promoting the sustainable development of hospital nursing.
