全程、全面护理联合管道追踪管理在胆囊摘除并T管引流术后患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Whole-Process and Comprehensive Nursing Combined with Pipeline Tracking Management in Patients After Gallbladder Removal and T-Tube Drainage

目的观察全程、全面护理联合管道追踪管理在胆囊摘除并T管引流术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取周口市第一人民医院2019年12月至2020年12月收治的88例胆囊摘除并T管引流术后患者,按随机数字表法分组。常规护理组(n=44)接受常规护理,联合管理组(n=44)接受全程、全面护理联合管道追踪管理。比较两组管道不良事件发生情况、恢复时间、并发症发生率、康复进程及护理工作满意度。结果联合管理组管道不良事件发生率[6.82%(3/44)]低于常规护理组[22.73%(10/44)](P<0.05);联合管理组伤口愈合时间、住院时间短于常规护理组(P<0.05);联合管理组并发症发生率[9.09%(4/44)]低于常规护理组[27.27%(12/44)](P<0.05);联合管理组首次进食时间、首次排气时间、首次离床活动时间短于常规护理组(P<0.05);联合管理组护理工作满意度[95.45%(42/44)]高于常规护理组[75.00%(33/44)](P<0.05)。结论全程、全面护理与管道追踪管理应用于胆囊摘除并T管引流术后患者,可降低其管道不良事件发生率,减少并发症的发生,加快患者康复,同时还能提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To observe the application effect of whole process and comprehensive nursing combined with pipeline tracking management in patients after gallbladder removal and T-tube drainage.Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent gallbladder removal and T-tube drainage in Zhoukou First People’s Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into groups by random number table method.The routine nursing group(n=44)received routine nursing care,and the joint management group(n=44)received whole-course and comprehensive nursing combined with pipeline tracking management.The incidence of adverse events,recovery time,complication rate,rehabilitation process and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pipeline adverse events in the joint management group[6.82%(3/44)]was lower than that in the routine nursing group[(22.73%(10/44)](P<0.05).The wound healing time and hospital stay in the joint management group were shorter than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the joint management group[9.09%(4/44)]was lower than that in the routine nursing group[27.27%(12/44)](P<0.05).The time of the first eating,the time of the first exhaust,the time of the first separation in the joint management group was shorter than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the joint management group[95.45%(42/44)]was higher than that in the routine nursing group[75.00%(33/44)](P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-process and comprehensive nursing combined with pipeline tracking management to patients after gallbladder removal and T-tube drainage can reduce the incidence of adverse pipeline events,reduce complications,accelerate patient recovery,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing work.
