马应龙麝香痔疮膏在湿热型外阴湿疹中的研究进展

外阴湿疹是一种发生于外生殖器、肛门及其周围部位的炎症性皮肤病,剧烈瘙痒,易反复发作等特点。临床外用药物多数为激素类药膏,长期应用可出现明显不良反应。笔者通过多年的临床观察及应用,发现马应龙痔疮膏治疗湿热型外阴湿疹具有止痒速度快,疗效好,无明显不良反应,价格便宜,可行性高,患者易于接受。现就马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗湿热型外阴湿疹的致病因素及发病机制,分型、治疗及剂型选择及其在湿热型外阴湿疹的作用机制和治疗效果作一综述。

Vulvar eczema is an inflammatory skin disease that occurs in the external genitalia,anus and its surrounding parts,accompanied by severe pruritus,easy to relapse and so on.Most of the drugs for clinical external use are hormone ointment,which can have obvious side effects after long-term application.Through many years of clinical observation and application,I have come to the conclusion that mayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment in the treatment of damp heat vulvar eczema has the advantages of fast itching relieving speed,good curative effect,no side effects,low price,high accessibility and easy acceptance by patients.This article reviews the pathogenic factors and pathogenesis of mayinglong musk hemorrhoid ointment in the treatment of damp-heat vulvar eczema,its classification,treatment and formulation selection,as well as its mechanism of action and therapeutic effect in damp-heat vulvar eczema.
