氨磺必利与利培酮对精神分裂症的治疗效果及不良反应对比

Comparison of Therapeutic Effect and Side Effects of Sulfapiride and Risperidone on Schizophrenia

目的 探讨氨磺必利与利培酮对精神分裂症的治疗效果及不良反应对比。方法 选取我院60例2016年1月至2018年12月精神分裂症患者。随机分组,利培酮治疗组(30例)采取利培酮治疗,氨磺必利治疗组(30例)采取氨磺必利治疗。比较两组精神分裂症治疗效果;治疗前后精神分裂症患者社会功能状态、躯体健康状态、情感职能评分;治疗前后精神分裂症患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分以及阳性与阴性量表评分,并比较两组患者的体质量增加、泌乳素明显波动、QTc延长、血压下降、椎体外系反应等不良反应发生率。结果 氨磺必利治疗组疗效和利培酮治疗组相同,P> 0.05;治疗前利培酮治疗组、氨磺必利治疗组社会功能状态、躯体健康状态、情感职能评分相近,P> 0.05;治疗后氨磺必利治疗组社会功能状态、躯体健康状态、情感职能评分高于利培酮治疗组,P <0.05。治疗前利培酮治疗组、氨磺必利治疗组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分以及阳性与阴性量表评分相近,P> 0.05;治疗后氨磺必利治疗组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分以及阳性与阴性量表评分低于利培酮治疗组,P <0.05。同时,氨磺必利治疗组的体质量增加、泌乳素明显波动、QTc延长、血压下降、椎体外系反应的发生率分别是3.33%、3.33%、0.00%、3.33%、6.67%,低于利培酮治疗组的23.33%、26.67%、13.33%、23.33%、36.67%,P <0.05。结论 氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症效果和利培酮相似,但对体质量和泌乳素影响更轻,且可更好改善精神分裂症患者的精神状况以及抑郁、生存质量。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of sulfapiride and risperidone on schizophrenia.Methods Sixty schizophrenics in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018.Randomly divided into two groups,risperidone group(30cases) was treated with risperidone,while sulfapiride group(30 cases) was treated with sulfapiride.The therapeutic effect,social function,physical health and emotional function scores,Hamilton Depression Scale scores and positive and negative scale scores of schizophrenics before and after treatment were compared,and and the incidence of body weight increase,prolactin fluctuation,QTc prolongation,blood pressure drop,and extrapyramidal reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of ambroxol group was similar to that of risperidone group(P>0.05).Before treatment,the scores of social function,physical health and emotional function of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of social function,physical health and emotional function of ambroxol group were higher than those of risperidone group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale and the scores of positive and negative scale in risperidone treatment group and sulfapiride treatment group were similar,P>0.05.After treatment,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale and the scores of positive and negative scale in sulfapiride treatment group were lower than those in risperidone treatment group,P<0.05.At the same time,the incidence of weight gain,prolactin fluctuations,QTc prolongation,blood pressure drop,and extravertebral system reactions in the amisulpride treatment group were 3.33%,3.33%,0.00%,3.33%,and 6.67%,respectively,which were lower than those of risperid 23.33%,26.67%,13.33%,23.33%,36.67% of the ketone treatment group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of sulfapiride on schizophrenia is similar to risperidone,but it has less effect on body weight and prolactin,and it can improve the mental status,depression and quality of life of schizophrenia patients.
