急性阑尾炎的多层螺旋CT诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Multi-Slice Spiral CT in Acute Appendicitis

目的 探讨分析急性阑尾炎的多层螺旋CT诊断价值。方法 随机选取我院收治的48例急性阑尾炎患者,回顾性分析所有患者资料,均采用多层螺旋CT诊断,比对48例患者多层螺旋CT表现,汇总所有患者的多层螺旋CT检查结果,比较患者病理诊断结果。结果 经多层螺旋CT诊断,6例(12.50%)急性单纯性阑尾炎、24例(50.00%)阑尾炎伴阑尾周围炎、12例(25.00%)坏疽性阑尾炎以及6例(12.50%)化脓性阑尾炎;临床病理诊断,8例(16.67%)急性单纯性阑尾炎、21例(43.75%)阑尾炎伴阑尾周围炎、13例(27.08%)坏疽性阑尾炎以及6例(12.50%)化脓性阑尾炎。经多层螺旋CT诊断准确性97.92%(47/48),敏感性100.00%(48/48),特异性100.00%(48/48)。结论 多层螺旋CT诊断具有图像清晰、高分辨率、敏感性以及特异性等优势,明显提升了急性阑尾炎患者临床诊断准确率,可为临床医师制订有效的治疗方案提供客观的参考性依据。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in acute appendicitis.Methods Forty-eight patients with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital were randomly selected.The data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT.The multi-slice spiral CT manifestations of 48 patients were compared,the multi-slice spiral CT examination results of all patients were summarized,and the pathological diagnosis results of patients were compared.Results Six cases(12.50%) of acute simple appendicitis,24 cases(50.00%) of appendicitis with periappendiceal inflammation,12 cases(25.00%) of gangrenous appendicitis and 6 cases(12.50%) of suppurative appendicitis were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT.Clinicopathological diagnosis showed 8 cases(16.67%) of acute simple appendicitis,21 cases(43.75%) of appendicitis with periappendiceal inflammation,13 cases(27.08%) of gangrenous appendicitis and 6 cases(12.50%) of suppurative appendicitis.The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT was 97.92%(47/48),the sensitivity was 100.00%(48/48),and the specificity was 100.00%(48/48).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT has the advantages of clear diagnosis image,high resolution,sensitivity and specificity,which significantly improves the accuracy of clinical diagnosis for patients with acute appendicitis.It can provide objective reference basis for clinicians to formulate effective treatment plans.
