血清标本发生溶血和脂血对生化检验结果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨观察血清标本发生溶血和脂血对生化检验结果的影响。方法 2020年8月至2021年10月,随机抽取在本院进行健康体检、且愿意参与本次研究的健康受检者100例为研究对象,向受检者阐述本次研究内容、重点介绍采血与生化检验,确定受检者理解且配合后,采集空腹静脉血,一共采集3份,每份5 mL,分别设为血样1、血样2、血样3。其中血样1属于正常血液标本,血样2制作成溶血标本,血样3制作成脂血标本。结合生化检验要求进行处理,完成检验,获取检验结果,并将检验结果录入统计学软件比较。结果 血样1的钠离子水平高于血样2,血样1的钾离子、总蛋白、肌酸激酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、α-羟基丁酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶水平低于血样2,比值有显著性差异(P <0.05)。血样1的白蛋白、总蛋白、三酰甘油、肌酸激酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、α-羟基丁酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶水平低于血样3,比值有显著性差异(P <0.05)。血样2的钠离子、白蛋白、三酰甘油、肌酸激酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平均低于血样3,血样2的钾离子、α-羟基丁酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶水平均高于血样3,比值有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论 溶血与脂血均会对血清标本造成影响,可干预临床正常生化检验的开展,会增加生化检验的错误率,需及时采用有效措施,消除溶血及脂血造成的不良影响。 Objective To investigate the effect of serum specimen hemolysis and lipid blood on the results of biochemical tests.Methods From August 2020 to October 2021,randomly selected in our hospital health examination,and willing to participate in the study of health subjects 100 cases as the study object,to the study content,focus on blood and biochemical test,determine the subjects understand and cooperate,collect fasting venous blood,a total of 3,each 5 mL,respectively for blood samples 1,2,3.Blood sample 1 belongs to normal blood samples,blood sample 2 was made into blood hemolysis samples,and blood sample 3 was made into fat blood samples.Combined with the biochemical test requirements,complete the test,obtain the test results,and input the test results into the statistical software for comparison.Results The sodium level of blood sample 1 was higher than blood sample 2,potassium,total protein,creatine kinase,aspartate aminotransferase,hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase were lower than that of blood sample 2,and the ratio was different(P<0.05).The levels of albumin,total protein,triglyceride,creatine kinase,aspartate aminotransferase,-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase were lower than those of blood sample 3,and the ratio was different(P<0.05).The levels of sodium ion,albumin,triglyceride,creatine kinase and aspartate amino transferase in blood sample 2 were lower than those of blood sample 3,and the levels of potassium,hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase were higher than those of blood sample 3,and the ratio was different(P<0.05).Conclusion Both hemolysis and lipid blood will affect serum specimens,which can intervene in normal clinical biochemical test and increase the error rate of biochemical test.Timely and effective measures should be taken to eliminate the adverse effects caused by hemolysis and lipid blood.
