微柱凝胶技术在临床交叉配血中的应用

摘要 目的 分析在临床交叉配血中应用微柱凝胶技术的价值。方法 选取2018年11月至2019年11月入院治疗的患者血液样本240例,以抽签法的方式将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各120例。对照组行聚凝胺法检测,试验组行微柱凝胶技术检测,对比两组检测方式的敏感程度、交叉配血的相容性与阳性情况,以及检测所需的时间与血清容量。结果 通过数据对比可知,试验组的敏感度(98.33%)高于对照组的敏感度(90.83%),试验组交叉配血相容概率(91.67%)小于对照组交叉配血相容概率(97.50%),组间差异性具有统计学意义,P <0.05;对照组的交叉配血阳性(60.00%)明显少于试验组交叉配血阳性率(91.67%),组间差异性具有统计学意义,P <0.05;试验组的操作时间(32.19±2.28)min长于对照组操作时间(11.85±2.53)min,但试验组的血清容量(26.48±1.86)μL显著少于对照组血清容量(102.36±1.67)μL,组间差异性具有统计学意义,P <0.05。通过分析可知,白细胞增高、不规则抗体、自身抗体、标本影响、药物影响、球蛋白增高是导致配血不相合的主要因素。结论 微柱凝胶技术具有优异的敏感度,配血检测中使用少量的血清容量,就能简便快速地进行检测。 Objective To analyze the value of microcolumn gel technology in clinical cross matching.Methods Select from 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was tested by polycoagulant amine method,while the experimental group was tested by microcolumn gel technology.The sensitivity of the two groups’ detection methods,the compatibility and positivity of cross-matching blood,as well as the time and serum volume required for detection were compared.Results The sensitivity of the experimental group(98.33%) was higher than that of the control group(90.83%).The compatibility probability of the experimental group(91.67%) was lower than that of the control group(97.50%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of cross matching in the control group(60.00%) was significantly lower than that in the experimental group(91.67%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the operation time of the experimental group(32.19±2.28) minutes was longer than that of the control group(11.85±2.53) minutes,but the serum volume of the experimental group(26.48±1.86) μL was significantly lower than that of the control group(102.36±1.67) μL,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The analysis shows that leukocyte increase,irregular antibody,autoantibody,specimen influence,drug influence,globulin increase are the main factors leading to mismatch.Conclusion The microcolumn gel technique has excellent sensitivity and can be easily and quickly detected by using a small amount of serum volume in blood matching test.
