标准化护理程序应用于重症监护室心力衰竭患者护理中的价值体会

Value of Standardized Nursing Procedures in Nursing of Patients with Heart Failure in Intensive Care Unit

目的 探讨重症监护室心力衰竭患者应用标准化护理程序的临床价值。方法 本院重症监护室接受治疗的120例心力衰竭患者采取双盲法将所选患者平均分为对照组与观察组,各60例,其中对照组常规护理干预,观察组标准化护理程序干预,观察所选患者干预前后血压及心率水平变化情况、入院急救反应时间与院内反应时间、致死率、致残率及护理工作的满意程度调查。结果观察组临床疗效为91.67%,对照组患者临床疗效为83.33%,两组对比存在明显差异(P <0.05);干预前所选两组患者血压、心率数据对比不存在差异(P> 0.05),观察组患者血压及心率数据均不同程度改善,与对照组患者相比存在统计学差异(P <0.05);观察组患者入院急救反应时间(8.28±0.95)min与院内反应时间(2.05±0.45)min、致死率(1.67%)及致残率(5.00%)与对照组入院急救反应时间(15.68±3.15)min与院内反应时间(7.89±2.05)min、致死率(8.33%)及致残率(18.33%)数据比较存在统计学差异(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度(96.67%)与对照组(86.67%)比较存在统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论 对于重症监护室内的心力衰竭患者采取标准化护理程序可有效降低患者救治过程中的致死率、致残率,缩短患者急救反应时间、院内反应时间,有效改善患者血压心率水平,提高患者满意程度。

Objective To explore the value of standardized nursing procedures for patients with heart failure in intensive care unit.Methods A total of 120 patients with heart failure treated in the intensive care unit of our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group by double-blind method,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received standardized nursing program intervention.The changes of blood pressure and heart rate before and after intervention,hospital emergency response time and hospital response time were observed Investigation on mortality and disability rate and satisfaction of nursing work.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 91.67%,and that of the control group was 83.33%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no difference in the comparison of blood pressure and heart rate data between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The blood pressure and heart rate data of the observation group were improved in varying degrees,which was statistically different from that of the control group(P<0.05).The emergency response time of the patients in the observation group was(8.28±0.95) minutes and the in-hospital response time(2.05±0.45)minutes,the fatality rate(1.67%) and the disability rate(5.00%) and the emergency response time of the control group was(15.68±3.15) minutes and in-hospital reaction time(7.89±2.05) minutes,fatality rate(8.33%) and disability rate(18.33%),there were statistical differences between in the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing procedures for patients with heart failure in intensive care unit can effectively reduce the death and disability rate in the treatment process,shorten the first aid response time and hospital response time,effectively improve the blood pressure and heart rate level of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients.
