全程优质护理在子宫颈癌放疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Whole Course Quality Nursing in Radiotherapy of Cervical Cancer

目的 探讨全程优质护理在子宫颈癌放疗中的应用价值,并验证此项护理模式的有效性、安全性。方法 选取2018年6月至2019年6月于盘锦辽油宝石花医院就诊的80例患者作为试验对象,按照入院顺序单双号分组,单号为对照组,双号为观察组,每组40例,对照组采用常规方法进行护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用全程优质化方法进行护理。在患者出院前,对患者进行健康和心理测评,评估患者的心理状况以及恢复效果,并比较两组患者对护理效果的满意度以及并发症的发生情况。结果 观察组患者有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组放射性直肠炎、放射性膀胱炎以及造血系统等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组放疗治疗的完成率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对宫颈癌放疗患者采用精细化、针对性强的全程优质护理效果确切,能有效改善临床症状表现,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application value of whole course high-quality nursing in cervical cancer radiotherapy,and to verify the effectiveness and safety of this nursing model.Methods A total of 80 patients who came to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the experimental objects.They were divided into single and double numbers according to the admission order,single and double numbers as the control group and double numbers as the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional means for nursing,and the observation group used whole process high-quality means for nursing on the basis of the control group.Before the patient is discharged from the hospital,the health and psychological evaluation of the patient shall be carried out to evaluate the psychological status and recovery effect of the patient.The satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nursing effect and the occurrence of complications were compared.Results The effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of radiation proctitis,radiation cystitis and hematopoietic system complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the completion rate of radiotherapy treatment between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For cervical cancer radiotherapy,the nursing method of fine and targeted whole process high-quality nursing is effective,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce complications.
