优质护理对脑梗死患者认知功能和生活质量的影响

Effect of High-Quality Care on the Cognitive Function and Quality of Life of Patients after Cerebral Infarction

目的 探讨优质护理对脑梗死患者认知功能和生活质量的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年11月在辽宁省沈阳市第一人民医院神经内六科收治的80例脑梗死患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对两组患者采用临床常规治疗,对照组40例患者采用临床常规干预护理方法;试验组40例患者采用临床常规干预护理方法的基础上加用优质护理方法,比较两组患者神经功能。结果 试验组患者护理后试验组患者护理后患者的面瘫评分、意识评分、水平凝视评分、肩关节活动评分以及认知功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对脑梗死患者来说,采取临床优质护理的效果较好,可以有效改善患者的缺损程度评分。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on cognitive function and quality of life of patients after cerebral infarction.Methods Selected 80 patients after cerebral infarction from January 2018 to Shenyang First People’s Hospital,Liaoning province from November 2019,randomly divided into trial group and control group,40 patients with routine clinical intervention were used to compare China Stroke Scale between the two groups.Results After nursing,the facial paralysis score,consciousness score,horizontal gaze score,and shoulder joint activity score of the patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients after cerebral infarction,the effect of clinical quality care is better,can effectively improve the cognitive function and China Stroke Scale of patients after cerebral infarction.
