肺功能测试系统阻抗对峰值流速、肺容量影响的研究

摘要 目的:研究肺功能测试系统气流阻抗对肺功能测试的影响。方法:采用前后对比的测试方法,对62例受试者进行试验,在加入不同阻抗时进行用力肺活量对比测试,并进行统计、分析及对比。结果:确认肺功能测试系统阻抗增加,会降低测试的肺功能峰值流速数值,降低肺容量数值,推迟峰值流速到达时间。结论:肺功能测试系统阻抗增大,会导致肺功能测试结果偏差,阻抗越大,偏差越大,可导致临床评估出现差异。为获取正确的肺功能测试结果,需要注意控制系统阻抗数值,确保整体系统阻抗值在要求范围内。 Objective:To study the influence of flow resistance of pulmonary function test system on pulmonary function test.Methods:62 subjects were selected randomly,forced vital capacity was tested when different resistances were added,and statistics,analysis and comparison were performed.Results:The increase in resistance of the pulmonary function test system will reduce the peak flow value of the pulmonary function testing,delay the time to peak flow,reduce the forced vital capacity value.Conclusion:Increasing the resistance of the pulmonary function test system will lead to deviations in the pulmonary function testing results.The greater the resistance,the greater the deviation,which will cause differences in clinical evaluation.To ensure accuracy,it is necessary to pay attention to the control system resistance value to ensure that the overall system resistance is within the standard requirements.
