摘要 目的:探讨不同分子亚型乳腺癌超声造影特征及定量参数对比。方法:选择2019年4月~2021年2月本院收治的经病理证实为乳腺癌的患者90例为观察对象,按照术后免疫组化结果对患者实施分子亚型分型,对患者实施超声造影检测,观察不同分子亚型患者的超声造影特征及定量参数情况。结果:管腔上皮型与非管腔上皮型在增强模式与增强后范围是否扩大比较差异显著(P<0.05),其中管腔上皮型多见快进慢退,非管腔上皮型多见快进快退,非管腔上皮型多见增强后范围扩大;增强模式中LuminalA型多见快进慢退,Her-2过表达型及过基底样型多见快进快退;过基底样型的增强幅度多见高增强,而LuminalB型及Her-2过表达型虽多见高增强为主,但也见其他增强幅度;LuminalB型及Her-2过表达型多见盈缺损;过基底样型多见增强后范围扩大;在定量参数指标中,LuminalB型上升支斜率明显高于LuminalA型,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:不同分子亚型乳腺癌超声造影特征及定量参数存在显著差异,能够对疾病的治疗提供可靠保障。 Objective:To investigate the contrast-enhanced characteristics and quantitative parameters of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer.Methods:90 patients who were pathologically confirmed to have breast cancer from April 2019 to February 2021 were selected.According to the results of postoperative immunohistochemistry,the patients were classified by molecular subtypes,and the patients were tested by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound characteristics and quantitative parameters of patients with type 2 were observed.Results:Luminal epithelial type and non-luminal epithelial type have significant differences in the enhancement mode and whether the range is enlarged after enhancement(P<0.05).Among them,the luminal epithelial type is more common in fast advance and slow retreat,and the non-lumen epithelial type was more common in fast.Advance and retreat,non-luminal epithelial type is more common after enhancement,and the range was enlarged;LuminalA type was more common in enhanced mode,fast forward and slow retreat,Her-2 overexpression type and over-basal pattern are more common,fast forward and fast retreat;the enhancement amplitude of the over-basal type is mostly high enhancement,while the LuminalB type and Her-2 overexpression type are mostly high enhancement,but other enhancement amplitudes are also seen;LuminalB and Her-2 overexpression are more common with surplus defect;the range of type was more common after enhancement;in the quantitative parameter index,the slope of LuminalB type ascending branch was significantly higher than that of LuminalA type,the difference wassignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The contrast-enhanced ultrasound characteristics and quantitative parameters of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer are significantly different,which can provide a reliable guarantee for the treatment of the disease.
