骨质疏松治疗仪治疗膝部骨性关节炎临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Osteoporosis Treatment Instrument on Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:分析骨质疏松治疗仪治疗膝部骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年12月本院收治的72例膝部骨性关节炎疾病患者为研究对象,基于是否采用骨质疏松治疗仪进行治疗将患者分为两组。对照组患者应用关节镜清理术进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组关节镜治疗基础上采用骨质疏松治疗仪进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的Lequene-Mery严重性指数评分和生活质量评分。结果:治疗前两组患者的Lequene-Mery严重性指数评分和生活质量评分均无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后1个月和1年的Lequene-Mery严重性指数评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后1个月和1年的生活质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗中均未出现不良反应,同时在治疗前后对患者进行血常规、尿常规以及生化全项检查,均未发现异常。结论:骨质疏松治疗仪可以显著提升膝部骨性关节炎患者的治疗效果,改善生活质量,同时具有良好的治疗安全性。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of osteoporosis treatment instrument in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:72 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research object,and the patients were divided into two groups based on whether to use osteoporosis treatment instrument.The patients in the control group were treated with arthroscopic debridement,while the patients in the study group were treated with osteoporosis treatment instrument on the basis of arthroscopic treatment in the control group.The Lequene-Mery severity index score and quality of life score of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in LequeneMery severity index score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).The Lequene-Mery severity index scores of the observation group at 1 month and 1 year after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life scores of the observation group at 1 month and 1 year after treatment were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.At the same time,blood routine,urine routine and biochemical comprehensive examinations were performed before and after treatment,and no abnormality was found.Conclusion:Osteoporosis therapeutic instrument can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients with knee osteoarthritis,improve the quality of life,and have good treatment safety.
