308nm单频准分子光治疗斑块状银屑病的临床效果探讨

摘要 目的:分析308nm单频准分子光治疗斑块状银屑病的临床效果,旨意为相关人员的研究工作提供参考文献。方法:选择2019年6月12日~2020年6月12日本院所收治的126例斑块状银屑病患者为研究对象。现按照患者治疗方案不同,将其分为对照组63例以及观察组63例。观察组患者应用308nm单频准分子光治疗疾病;对照组患者接受紫外光线照射治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗有效率为84.13%,观察组治疗有效率为98.41%。和对照组相比,观察组患者治疗有效率明显更高,P<0.05。观察组内,显效率从优到差依次为小腿、四肢关节、后背与大腿、手足。对照组内,不良反应发生率为11.11%;观察组内,不良反应发生率为12.70%。两组患者不良反应发生率无明显差别,P>0.05。结论:针对于斑块状银屑病患者来讲,应用308nm单频准分子光治疗疾病能取得满意的治疗效果。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of 308nm single-frequency excimer light in the treatment of plaque psoriasis,so as to provide references for related researchers.Methods:From June 12,2019 to June 12,2020,126 patients with plaque psoriasis who were admitted to the hospital in Japan were selected as the research subjects.According to different treatment schemes,63 patients were divided into control group and observation group.Observation group was treated with 308nm single frequency excimer light.Patients in the control group were treated with ultraviolet light.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The effective rate of control group was 84.13%,and the effective rate of observation group was 98.41%.Compared with the control group,the effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).In the observation group,the significant effective rate from excellent to poor was lower leg,joint of limbs,back and thigh,and hand and foot.In the control group,the incidence of ADR was 11.11%.In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.70%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with plaque psoriasis,308nm single frequency excimer light can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect.
