PDCA循环法在耳鼻喉手术室器械管理应用中的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of PDCA Circulation Method in Otolaryngology Operating Room Instrument Management

目的:探讨PDCA循环法在耳鼻喉手术室器械管理应用中的临床意义。方法:采取回顾性研究方法,将2017年1月~2018年1月实施常规管理的手术室各类器械为对照组,2018年2月~2019年2月实施PDCA循环法管理的手术器械作观察组,比较两组手术器械非正常损耗数、遗失数及清洗、消毒、包装质量评分。结果:经过数据统计发现,实施PDCA循环法管理后,观察组手术室器械非正常损耗数、遗失数均低于对照组,手术器械使用率及清洗、消毒、包装质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环法应用效果比较显著,在手术室器械管理中,延长了手术器械的使用时间,节约了开支,对手术室日常器械管理意义重大。

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of PDCA circulation in the management of otolaryngological operating room devices.Methods:This article adopts the method of retrospective study,will be in January 2017 to January 2018 the routine management of the operating room of all kinds of instruments for the control group,in February 2018 to February 2019,the implementation method of PDCA cycle management of surgical instruments as experimental group,compared two groups of surgical instruments abnormal loss number,the number of missing,the failure rate,utilization and cleaning,disinfection,packaging quality score.Results:After data statistics,the abnormal loss,loss and failure rate of operating room instruments in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the utilization rate,cleaning,disinfection and packaging quality scores of surgical instruments were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle method for operating room equipment management,effectively improve the operating room equipment use efficiency and maintenance quality,for the operating room daily equipment management is significant.
