腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(TAPP)与李金斯坦手术临床疗效的对比研究

Comparative Study on the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Inguinal Hernia Repair(TAPP)and Lichtenstein Surgery

目的:对比研究腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(TAPP)与李金斯坦手术的临床疗效。方法:应用随机数据对比法,对本院2019年11月~2020年11月100例腹股沟疝患者的资料进行整合分析,按照患者手术治疗环节方法不同,分为病例数相同的对照组和实验组;对照组和实验组分别予以李金斯坦手术治疗和腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(TAPP)治疗,对两组的临床疗效进行对比研究。结果:实验组和对照组的临床疗效对比为98.00%(49/50)和78.00%(39/50),有统计学参照意义(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组在发热发生指数、复发指数、感染指数上差异显著,有统计学参照意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(TAPP)治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效突出,更能显著改善患者预后、降低并发症发生率和复发指数。

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair(TAPP)and Lichtenstein surgery.Methods:The random data comparison method was used to analyze the data of 100 inguinal hernia patients in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020.According to the different methods of surgical treatment of the patients,they were divided into two groups:a control group and an experimental group with the same number of cases.The group;the control group and the experimental group were treated with Lichtenstein surgery and laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair(TAPP)respectively,and a comparative study on the clinical efficacy progress of the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy comparison between the experimental group and the control group was 98.00%(49/50)and 78.00%(39/50),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the experimental group and the control group in terms of fever occurrence index,recurrence index,and infection index was outstanding and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair(TAPP)has a prominent clinical effect in the treatment of inguinal hernia,which can significantly improve the prognosis of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence index.
