微波、妇科射频治疗仪、妇科专用高频电刀治疗宫颈疾病效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Microwave,Gynecological Radio Frequency Therapeutic Instrument and Gynecological High Frequency Electric Knife in the Treatment of Cervical Diseases

目的:分析微波、妇科射频治疗仪、妇科专用高频电刀治疗宫颈疾病效果。方法:选择105例宫颈疾病患者作为研究对象,分3组,微波组(35例)使用微波治疗,射频治疗仪组(34例)使用妇科射频治疗仪治疗,高频电刀治疗组(36例)采用妇科专用高频电刀进行治疗,比较治疗效果及1年内复发情况。结果:治疗总有效率比较,高频电刀组高于其他两组(P<0.05),微波组与妇科射频治疗仪组差异较小(P>0.05);总复发率比较,高频电刀组低于其他两组(P<0.05),妇科射频治疗仪组复发率低于微波组(P<0.05)。高频电刀组宫颈管狭窄率低于微波组及妇科射频治疗仪组(P<0.05),妇科射频治疗仪组宫颈管狭窄率低于微波组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于微波、妇科射频治疗仪,妇科专用高频电刀治疗宫颈疾病效果更显著,且复发率低。

Objective:To analyze the effect of microwave,gynecological radio frequency therapeutic instrument and gynecological high frequency electric knife in the treatment of cervical diseases.Methods:A total of 105 patients with cervical disease were selected as the research objects and divided into 3 groups.The microwave group(35 cases)was treated with microwave,the radio frequency therapeutic apparatus group(34 cases)was treated with gynecological radio frequency therapeutic apparatus,and the high-frequency electrosurgical treatment group(36 cases)were treated with high-frequency electrocautery for gynecology,and the therapeutic effect and recurrence within 1 year were compared.Results:Compared with the total effective rate of treatment,the highfrequency electrosurgery group was higher than the other two groups(P<0.05),and the difference between the microwave group and the gynecological radiofrequency therapeutic apparatus group was smaller(P>0.05);Compared with the total recurrence rate,the high-frequency electrocautery group was lower than the other two groups(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the gynecological radiofrequency therapeutic apparatus group was lower than that of the microwave group(P<0.05).The cervical canal stenosis rate in the high-frequency electrosurgical knife group was lower than that in the microwave group and the gynecological radiofrequency therapeutic apparatus group(P<0.05),and the cervical canal stenosis rate in the gynecological radiofrequency therapeutic apparatus group was lower than that in the microwave group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with microwave and gynecological radio frequency therapeutic apparatus,gynecological high frequency electrotome is more effective in the treatment of cervical diseases,and the recurrence rate is low.
