腹腔镜+阴式全子宫切除术用于早期宫颈癌的疗效

Effect of Laparoscopic Total Vaginal Hysterectomy on Early Cervical Cancer

目的:分析治疗早期宫颈癌,将腹腔镜与阴式全子宫切除术相结合的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月~2020年7月入本院治疗的早期宫颈癌患者共80例作为研究对象,按照病例建立先后顺序将其分为两组,观察组患者40例,采用腹腔镜与阴式全子宫切除术结合的治疗方式;对照组患者40例,采用传统开腹手术治疗方式,对比两组患者的手术情况、术后康复情况以及并发症概率。结果:数据结果显示,观察组对比对照组,手术情况、术后康复情况与并发症概率均较好且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在早期宫颈癌临床治疗中,将腹腔镜与阴式全子宫切除术联合治疗,治疗效果显著且术后并发症发生率低,能够加快患者的康复进程。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with total vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of early cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with early cervical cancer who were admitted to our hospital between January 2020 and July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were successfully divided into two groups according to the establishment of the cases.Among them,40 patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopy a treatment method combined with vaginal hysterectomy;40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional open surgery,and then the operation status,postoperative recovery status and complication probability of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The data results showed that the observation group compared with the control group,the operation status,postoperative recovery status and the probability of complications were better and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of early cervical cancer,the combination of laparoscopy and total vaginal hysterectomy can improve the therapeutic effect of patients,effectively reduce the probability of postoperative complications,and then make patients recover more quickly.
