摘要
目的:研究分析IntraLase FS60飞秒激光个体化准分子手术治疗近视的临床效果。方法:100例研究对象选定2018年6月~2019年6月入院患有近视患者,治疗方法选定机械刀制瓣ORK手术和IntraLase FS60飞秒激光个体化准分子手术,患者随机平均分配于参照组和实验组当中,于治疗实施后,对组间临床治疗效果开展统计对比。结果:治疗实施后,患者于手术后10d、90d视力及角膜全层厚度检测可见,参照组和实验组患者视力恢复情况未见明显差异(P>0.05),实验组患者角膜全层厚度检测结果明显好于参照组患者,检测结果数据可见明显差异(P<0.05),角膜球面系数统计结果,实验组各时间段均好于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:IntraLase FS60飞秒激光个体化准分子手术可对近视患者起到较高的临床治疗效果,在恢复患者视力的同时,保障角膜恢复效果,因此具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effects of IntraLase FS60 femtosecond laser individualized excimer surgery for myopia.Methods:100 study subjects were selected as patients with myopia admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019,and the treatment methods were selected as ORK surgery and IntraLase FS60 femtosecond laser personalized excimer surgery,and the patients were randomly and equally distributed between the reference group and the experimental group,after the treatment was implemented,the clinical treatment effects between the groups were statistically compared.Results:After the treatment,the visual acuity and full-thickness corneal thickness of the patients were detected 10 days and 90 days after the operation.There was no significant difference in the visual acuity recovery between the reference group and the experimental group(P>0.05).The test results of full-thickness corneal thickness of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the patients in the reference group,and there were significant differences in the test results(P<0.05).The statistical results of corneal spherical coefficient showed that the experimental group was better than the reference group in each time period(P<0.05).Conclusion:IntraLase FS60 femtosecond laser individualized excimer surgery can have a high clinical treatment effect for myopia patients.It can restore the patients’vision while ensuring the corneal recovery effect,so it has high clinical application value.
