Effect of skeletal muscle aging on low back pain

腰痛是临床多发疾病,其发病、转归与腰椎稳定性密切相关。腰痛的相关病发机制尚不明确,既往对腰痛发病机制的研究多着重于骨关节系统与神经系统。随着骨骼肌衰老概念的提出以及脊柱生物力学与解剖学的发展,学者们开始着手探究腰部骨骼肌衰老的病理发生机制及其与脊柱病理改变之间的作用机制。研究表明,机体衰老对骨骼肌产生的一系列病理改变,如全身性低度炎症、老年性肥胖、肌少症以及生理生化改变均可能是诱发腰痛的关键因素。基于此,笔者通过对近年相关文献的查阅和研究,从骨骼肌衰老的角度探讨骨骼肌衰老对腰痛发病、转归的影响,并归纳总结出衰老对骨骼肌的影响以及骨骼肌衰老与腰痛发病的相关机制,以期为今后的医学生物学研究提供有效参考。

Low back pain is a common disease,it′s incidence and outcome are closely related to the stability of lumbar spine.The pathogenesis of low back pain is still unclear,and previous studies on the pathogenesis of low back pain mostly focus on the osteoarticular system and nervous system.With the proposal of the concept of skeletal muscle aging and the development of spinal biomechanics and anatomy,scholars began to explore the pathologic mechanism of skeletal muscle aging in the waist and its interaction with pathological changes in the spine.Studies have shown that a series of pathological changes of skeletal muscle caused by aging,such as systemic low-grade inflammation,senile obesity,sarcopenia and physiological and biochemical changes,may be the key factors to induce low back pain.Based on this,through the consult relevant literature and research in recent years,the author trying to discuss the incident of low back pain from the angle of skeletal muscle ageing,and summarize the correlation between skeletal muscle aging in the waist and the low back pain,so as to provide effective reference for the future medical biology research.
