“互联网+”在基层医院高血压患者自我管理行为中的应用效果

Effect of"Internet+"on self-management behavior of hypertensive patients in primary hospitals

目的探讨“互联网+”在基层医院高血压患者自我管理行为中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至6月邹平市人民医院收治的110例高血压患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(55例)与观察组(55例)。对照组实施常规治疗、护理、随访的方法,观察组在实施常规干预的基础上通过“互联网+”对高血压患者进行管理。比较两组患者的自我管理行为达标率、自我管理各维度不规范例数、血压达标率及满意度情况。结果观察组的自我管理行为达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在自我管理6个维度中不规范例数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血压达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”可提高基层医院高血压患者自我管理能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Explore the application effect of"Internet+"on the self-management behavior of hypertensive patients in primary hospitals.Methods A total of 110 hypertensive patients treated in Zouping People′s Hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group(55 cases)and the observation group(55 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,nursing,and follow-up methods,while the observation group received"Internet+"to manage hypertensive patients on the basis of conventional interventions.The compliance rate of self-management behaviors,the number of irregularities in each dimension of self-management,the compliance rate of blood pressure and satisfaction between the two groups was compared.Results The self-management behavior compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The numbers of irregularities in the six dimensions of self-management in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"Internet+"can improve the self-management ability of hypertension patients in primary hospitals,it is worthy of clinical application.
