低密度聚乙烯及其纳米复合物直流击穿场强统计分析

摘要 为选择最优统计分布函数来分析聚乙烯及其纳米复合物直流击穿场强数据,对纳米聚合物击穿特性的基础理论进行阐述,制作纯低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和MgO/LDPE纳米复合物试样,并进行击穿试验。利用正态分布函数、Weibull分布函数和Logistic分布函数对两种试样的直流击穿试验数据进行统计分析,对比统计结果,表明正态分布更适用于统计聚乙烯及其纳米复合物直流击穿场强数据。 In order to select the optimal statistical distribution function to analyze the DC breakdown field strength data of polyethylene and its nanocomposites,the basic theory of the breakdown characteristics of nanocomposites was expounded,and the samples of pure low density polyethylene(LDPE)and MgO/LDPE nanocomposites were prepared,and the breakdown tests were carried out.The DC breakdown test data of the two samples are statistically analyzed by using normal distribution function,Weibull distribution function and logistic distribution function.The comparative statistical results show that the normal distribution is more suitable for the statistics of DC breakdown field strength data of polyethylene and its nanocomposites.
