摘要
石油化工企业在生产石油和化工类产品的过程中需要对原料进行精细的加工和处理,这需要消耗大量的水资源并产生污水排放。并且由于石油化工污水当中含有大量的硫元素、氰元素、酚元素等,因此,对这些污水的处理不同于对普通生活污水的处理,一旦污水当中所含的成分发生性质的变化将会对环境造成更严重的危害,也会增加污水处理的难度。文章首先分析了现阶段石油化工污水处理过程中存在的问题,而后对石油化工污水处理的特点进行了阐述,并从物理处理技术、氧化处理技术和生物处理技术三方面探讨了中国石油化工污水处理的主要方法,最后对石油化工污水处理技术的发展前景进行了展望。
Petrochemical enterprises need to produce petroleum and chemical products in the process of fine processing and treatment of raw materials,which needs to consume a large amount of water resources and produce sewage discharge.In addition,petrochemical sewage contains a large number of sulfur elements,cyanide elements,phenol elements,etc.The treatment of these sewage is different from ordinary domestic sewage.Once the properties of the components contained in the sewage change,it will cause more serious harm to the environment,and also increase the difficulty of sewage treatment.The article first analyzes the problems existing in the process of petrochemical sewage treatment,and then expounds the characteristics of petrochemical sewage treatment,and from the physical treatment technology,oxidation treatment technology and biological treatment technology discusses the main technology of petrochemical sewage treatment in China,finally,the development prospect of petrochemical sewage treatment technology.
