时变环境条件下LNG储罐泄漏温度场分布特性对比研究

摘要 “双碳”背景下,天然气作为主要的清洁能源将扮演重要角色。LNG储罐作为液化天然气的重要存储装备,其安全运行具有着重要意义。因此建立LNG储罐温度场的有限元数值模型,同时准确考虑了混凝土穹顶、罐壁、承台、保冷材料各部位材料特性对温度场的影响,研究得到了在夏季、冬季变温条件下不同泄漏工况的温度场分布规律。结果表明,外罐壁底部的热角保护系统能够有效避免温度向底板传递,正常工况下220000 m^(3)LNG储罐外壁温差与环境温度小于1℃,全泄漏工况下储罐外部会受到较大低温冲击。研究成果开展LNG储罐热力耦合分析提供了温度数据,能够进一步结合结构分析得到储罐不同部位的轴力及弯矩变化情况,为储罐结构设计提供设计依据。 Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,natural gas,as the main clean energy,will play an important role.As an important storage equipment for liquefied natural gas,the safe operation of LNG tank is of great significance.The finite element numerical model of the field has accurately considered the influence of the material properties of the concrete roof,wall,slab,and the cold insulation material on the temperature field,and obtained the temperature field distribution under different leakage conditions in summer and winter.The results show that the TCP system at the bottom of the outer tank wall can effectively prevent the temperature from being transferred to the bottom plate.Under normal conditions,the temperature difference between the outer tank wall of the 220000 m^(3) LNG tank and the ambient temperature is less than 1℃.Under the full leakage condition,the outer tank will be greatly affected by the low temperature.The research results provide temperature data for the thermal coupling analysis of LNG tank,and combine with structural analysis to obtain the changes of axial force and bending moment in different parts of the LNG tank,which provide design basis for the structural design of LNG tank.
