Aiming at the actual problem of the fluctuation of acrylic flat fiber fineness deviation,the influencing factors are analyzed,and the corrective methods are proposed from the aspects of technology,equipment and electricity.There are many factors affecting the fiber deviation of acrylic flat fibers.In actual production,the solid content of the polymerization,the maintenance of the spinning table,and the control of the two wiredrawing positions of the setting machine are particularly important.
