摘要 针对腈纶扁平纤维纤偏波动的实际问题,分析其影响因素,并从工艺、设备、电气等方面提出纠正方法。影响腈纶扁平纤维纤偏的因素众多,实际生产中,聚合的含固量、纺丝台的维护、控制好定型机两个拉丝点尤为重要。 Aiming at the actual problem of the fluctuation of acrylic flat fiber fineness deviation,the influencing factors are analyzed,and the corrective methods are proposed from the aspects of technology,equipment and electricity.There are many factors affecting the fiber deviation of acrylic flat fibers.In actual production,the solid content of the polymerization,the maintenance of the spinning table,and the control of the two wiredrawing positions of the setting machine are particularly important.
