摘要
为提高设施机械化生产水平,在温室草莓灌溉施肥环节分别采用小型智能水肥一体化系统和文丘里吸肥器,探究2种灌溉施肥技术在劳动效率、经济效益、故障率及适用性等方面的差异。生产试验表明:小型智能水肥一体化系统比文丘里吸肥器可提高劳动效率2.7倍,降低成本12.0%,并显著降低劳动强度,每年为每栋温室节省成本100元,且操作简捷、运行稳定,园区认可度高,具有较好的推广前景。
In order to improve the mechanized production level of facilities,a small intelligent integrated system of water and fertilizer and Venturi fertilizer device were used in irrigation and fertilization of strawberry greenhouse respectively.The differences of labor efficiency,economic benefits,failure rate and applicability of the two technologies of irrigation and fertilization were explored.The production test showed that the small intelligent integrated system of water and fertilizer could improve labor efficiency by 2.7 times than Venturi fertilizer device,reduce the cost by 12.0%and labor intensity,and save cost of 100 yuan for each greenhouse every year.The system had the advantages of simple to operate,stable operation,high recognition in the park and good prospect for promotion.
