创新创业教育与行政管理专业教育互动融合研究 ---以河北地质大学为例

Research on the Interaetion and Fusion of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Edueation and Administrative Management Major Education--A Case Study of Hebei CEO University

实现创新创业教育与专业教育互动融合是深化创新创业教育改革,优化专业教育实践,培养高素质人才的需要。河北地质大学在推进创新创业教育与行政管理专业教育互动融合的过程中取得了一些成效,但在课程体系、教学方法、教师能力、学生思维等方面还面临诸多困境,需要通过构建专创一体的课程体系、强化教学方法的互融与创新、提升专业教师的创新创业能力、培养学生的创造性思维以推动创新创业教育与行政管理专业教育深度融合。

Realizing the interaction and fusion of innovation and entrepreneurship education and administrative management major education will help to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,optimize professional education practice and cultivate high-quality talents.Hebei GEO University has made some achievements in promoting the interaction and fusion of innovation and entrepreneurship education and administrative management major education,but it still faces many difficulties in the curriculum system,teaching methods,teachers′ability and students′thinking.In order to realize the deep fusion of innovation and entrepreneurship education and administrative management major education,it needs to construct the curriculum system of professional and entrepreneurial integration,strengthen the fusion and innovation of teaching methods,improve professional teachers′ability of innovation and entrepreneurship and cultivate students′creative thinking.
