左室舒张功能障碍的相关疾病及机制研究

Study on related diseases and mechanism of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction

左室舒张功能障碍提示心室肌肉松弛性和顺应性下降,引发该症状的病因和机制较为复杂。作为一种常见的彩超诊断,左室舒张功能障碍多见于循环系统疾病早期和呼吸、内分泌及风湿免疫系统疾病的中晚期。目前研究认为其与心脏负荷增加、缺血缺氧、慢性炎症、代谢紊乱和动脉僵硬等有关。本文综述了各系统疾病引发左室舒张功能障碍的病因和病理机制,以期为临床医师对该症状的诊疗提供思路。

Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction indicates the decrease of ventricular muscle relaxation and compliance,and the etiology and mechanism of this symptom are complicated.As a common color ultrasound diagnosis,left ventricular diastolic dysfunction is more common in the early stage of circulatory system diseases and the middle and late stages of respiratory,endocrine and rheumatic immune system diseases.At present,studies have discussed that it is related to increased cardiac load,ischemia and hypoxia,chronic inflammation,metabolic disorders and arterial stiffness.This paper comprehensively discusses the etiology and pathological mechanism of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in various systemic diseases,so as to provide ideas for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of this symptom.
