摘要
隐源性机化性肺炎(COP)作为一种不明原因的机化性肺炎,是一个独特的临床放射学诊断,与吸烟无关,男女发病率无差异。同时,报道的COP年新发病例发生率为1.1/100000,大多数患者处于50~60岁年龄段,青少年的报道病例很少。由于本例患者处于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情流行期间,在诊疗过程中给予了详细、周密的相关检查,该诊疗过程全方位展示了对COP的诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗。本文对该例COP患者的诊疗情况进行报道,并对相关文献进行了梳理、归纳。
Cryptogenic organic pneumonia(COP),as an unexplained organic pneumonia,is a unique clinical radiological diagnosis.It has nothing to do with smoking.There is no difference in the incidence between men and women.At the same time,the reported annual incidence of new cases with COP is 1.1/100000.Most patients belong to the age group of 50-60 years old,and there are few case report in teenagers.As the patient was in the epidemic period of COVID-19,detailed and thorough relevant examinations were given during the diagnosis and treatment process,which comprehensively demonstrated the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of COP.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of this patient with COP,and combs and summarizes the relevant literature.
