Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with ezetimibe/simvoastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from November 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment scheme, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment after admission, the control group added ezetimibe/simvoastatin,and the observation group added trimetazidine on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,LVDd and LVDs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the vWF and AngⅡlevel in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while VEGF level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the MMP-9 and SAA levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with ezetimibe/simvoastatin can improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and regulate the MMP-9 and SAA levels. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
