基于佩普罗人际关系理论的疼痛护理模式在骨科手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of pain nursing mode based on Peplau interpersonal relationship theory in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery

目的探究基于佩普罗人际关系理论的疼痛护理模式在骨科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2021年1月我院骨科收治的170例手术患者作为研究对象,依据单双号将其随机分为常规组和观察组,各85例。常规组采取常规护理模式干预,观察组采取基于佩普罗人际关系理论的疼痛护理模式干预。比较两组患者的干预效果。结果术后1、3、5 d,观察组的VAS评分均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的镇痛药物使用率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组护患关系信任度量表中有8个条目评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理质量满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论基于佩普罗人际关系理论的疼痛护理模式能够有效减轻骨科术后患者的疼痛程度,降低镇痛药物使用率,改善患者不良心理状态,提高护理质量满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of pain nursing mode based on Peplau interpersonal relationship theory in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 170 surgical patients admitted in the orthopedics department of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into routine group and observation group according to odd and even numbers,with 85 cases in each group.The routine group took routine nursing mode intervention,and the observation group took pain nursing mode intervention based on Peplau interpersonal relationship theory.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the routine group at 1,3 and 5 d after operation(P<0.05).The use rate of analgesic drugs in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of 8 items in the nurse patient relationship trust scale in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain nursing mode based on Peplau interpersonal relationships theory can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients after orthopedic surgery,reduce the use rate of analgesic drugs,improve bad psychological state and the satisfaction of nursing quality.
