健康教育路径对癫痫婴幼儿照顾者遵医行为及心理状态的影响

Effects of health education pathway on medical compliance behavior and psychological state of caregivers for infants with epilepsy

目的探究健康教育路径对癫痫婴幼儿照顾者遵医行为及心理状态的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年5月100例癫痫婴幼儿照顾者为此次研究对象,采用简单随机化法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。试验组给予健康教育路径干预,对照组给予常规健康教育。比较两组婴幼儿癫痫照顾者的遵医行为、心理状态及满意度。结果试验组的遵医行为优良率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的满意度为94.00%,高于对照组的74.00%(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径应用于癫痫婴幼儿照顾者中,能够提高其遵医行为优良率以及满意度,改善不良心理状态,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of health education pathway on medical compliance behavior and psychological state of caregivers for infants with epilepsy.Methods A total of 100 caregivers for infants with epilepsy from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the objects of this study,and the caregivers were divided into experimental group and control group by simple randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was given health education pathway intervention,and the control group was given routine health education.The medical compliance behavior,psychological state and satisfaction of the two groups of caregivers for infants with epilepsy were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of medical compliance behavior in the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the experimental group was 94.00%,which was higher than 74.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education pathway applied in caregivers for infants with epilepsy can improve the excellent and good rate of medical compliance behavior and satisfaction,and ameliorate the bad psychological state,which is worthy of promotion.
