安徽省农业源氮磷排放及空间分布特征

Emission and Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Agricultural Pollution Sources in Anhui

农业源氮磷排放是影响地表水环境质量的重要因素。依据安徽省第二次全国污染源普查数据,分析了全省农业源氮磷排放及分布特点。结果表明:畜禽养殖业和种植业是农业源氮磷污染的主要来源;淮河以北是农业源氮磷污染控制的重点区域。为减少农业源氮磷污染,提出优化种养布局,对不同区域养殖业、种植业污染实施精准管控;提高规模化养殖场比例及养殖场干清粪比例;推进养殖场粪污资源化利用;加强对规模以下养殖户的污染管控等建议。

Nitrogen and phosphorus emission from agricultural pollution sources were the important factors affecting the surface water quality.Based on the data of the second national pollution sources survey of Anhui Province,the emission and distribution characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorus from agricultural pollution sources were analyzed.The results show that the livestock and poultry breeding industries and planting industries are the major pollution sources of nitrogen and phosphorus from agricultural pollution sources.In addition,the north area of Huaihe River are the key area of nitrogen and phosphorus from agricultural pollution sources.To mitigate the nitrogen and phosphorus pollution from agricultural sources,it was suggested that optimizing the planting and breeding layout,precisely and effectively managing and controlling the pollution of breeding and planting industries in different areas,increasing the percentage of scale breeding farms and the percentage of dry excrement removing method in the breeding farms,promoting the utilization of breeding manure as resources,enhancing the pollution management and control of the breeding farms below designated breeding scale.
