大学生创新创业团队的构建与培育研究

Research on the Construction and Cultivation of College Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team

团队作为大学生创新创业的首选方式,应该如何组建;高校如何培育团队以促进大学生创新创业的成功,成为“双创”教育中亟待解决的新难题。基于质化研究,发现有效的创新创业团队应该具备共同愿景、价值观趋同和软实力相当等共性特征,以及专业差异、思维互补和硬实力协同等个性特征;此外,应呈现出低认同断层、高知识和资源断层的团队结构。据此得出了大学生“双创”团队的培育思路,即基于广谱式教育的成员共性特征的培养、基于专创融合的成员个性特征的培育,以及基于项目模式的团队断层结构的管理。

How to set up teams served as the preferred way of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship and how to cultivate teams to promote the success of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship has become a new problem to be solved in entrepreneurship and innovation education.Based on qualitative research,it is found that effective innovation and entrepreneurship teams should have universal characteristics such as common vision,value convergence and equivalent soft power,and particularity characteristics such as:specialized differences,complementary thinking and hard power coordination.In addition,there should be a team structure with low identity fault and high knowledge and resource fault.On this basis,the cultivation ideas of college students'innovative team are obtained:the cultivation of members'common characteristics based on broad spectrum education,the cultivation of members'specialized characteristics based on the integration of specialty and innovation,and the management of team fault structure based on the project model.
