基于IEE的四年制高职本科导师制工程教学改革研究

摘要 为培养全面发展的高素质、高技能的四年制高职本科机械类人才,文章结合IEE教学模式,提出在课程项目开发、导师团队建设及精准指导、课程集成化设置及综合评价体系构建等方面的教学改革,并就改革中出现的问题提出了措施方案。基于IEE的四年制高职本科导师制工程教学改革内容,设计了教学方案及流程,在2018级、2019级材料成型与控制工程专业学生范围内进行试点,教学改革及方案试行成功且成果显著。 In order to cultivate all-round four-year higher vocational undergraduate mechanical talents with high quality and skills,combined with the IEE teaching mode,this paper puts forward the teaching reform in curriculum project development,construction and accurate guidance of tutor team,integrated curriculum setting and comprehensive evaluation system construction,and puts forward the countermeasures for the problems in the reform.According to the proposed teaching reform of tutorial system project for four-year higher vocational undergraduate education based on IEE,teaching scheme and the teaching process are designed and have been tried at Grade 2018 and Grade 2019 students majoring in material forming and control engineering major,the results show that the teaching reform and scheme proposed by this paper are successful,and have achieved remarkable results.
