摘要
随着国家和社会对高校人才培养质量要求的提高,多学科、全方位和多维度的工科人才培养协作模式已成为高校教学改革的必然选择。通过分析信息化时代高校工科传统教学模式的不足,以及高校工科教学模式在课程大纲及教学内容、方式、考核与实践方面的协作要求,探讨了在过程、内容和条件方面产学研协作重构的思路,进而基于互联网和信息化技术提出了线上线下混合式产学研协作的教学模式,以有效提升高校工科人才培养质量。
With the improvement of national and social requirements for the quality of talent training in colleges and universities,the multidisciplinary,all-around and multi-dimensional cooperation model of engineering talent training has become the inevitable choice of teaching reform.The paper analyzes the deficiencies of the traditional teaching model of engineering majors in colleges and universities and the requirements for the new teaching model of engineering majors in the aspects of teaching outline,content,method,assessment and practice in the new era.On this basis,the paper discusses the reconstruction idea of industry-university-research cooperation in the process,content and conditions.And then it puts forward the online and offline mixed teaching model for the industry-university-research cooperative cultivation based on the Internet and the new generation of information technology,so as to effectively improve the innovation and quality of engineering talent training in colleges and universities.
