提高“行政法学”课程教学质量的路径探索 被引量:1

摘要 在加快法治政府建设过程中,“依法行政”、规范政府的管理活动十分重要,凸显了“行政法学”课程在法学教育中的地位。根据学校高素质应用型人才的培养目标及00后学生的学情,结合课程特点,教学团队从构建“1+N”课堂教学模式(包括教师课堂讲授为主导,案例分析、案例模拟、模拟法庭为辅助)、强化课外实践训练(包括编写练习题库、充分利用在线教学平台、指导学生撰写社会热点调查报告等)、改革学习评价方式等方面,对提高课程教学质量的路径进行了全方位探索。 In the process of accelerating the construction of a law-based government,it is increasingly important to strengthen the administration by law and standardize the government’s management activities,which highlights the position of the course of Administrative Law in legal education.According to the goal of training high-quality applied talents and the learning situation of post-00s students,combined with the characteristics of the course,the teaching team has explored the ways to improve the teaching quality from the following aspects:constructing the mode of“1+N”classroom teaching(including taking the teachers’classroom teaching as the leading factor,and taking the case analysis,case simulation and mock court as the auxiliary),strengthening extracurricular practice training(including compiling and establishing exercise database,making full use of the online teaching platform,guiding students to write social hot spot reports,etc.),and reforming the learning evaluation methods.
