大思政视角下当代大学生就业能力研究

Study on the Employability of Contemporary College Students from the Perspective of“Curriculum Ideological and Political Education”

近三年以来高校毕业生所面临的就业压力越来越大,基于大思政视角对当代大学生就业能力进行研究是一个重要课题。通过研究发现,在大思政视角下当代大学生就业能力要素有:必须具备多元化专业知识、技能和通用能力;需要拥有全局的战略高度和宽广的历史视野,掌握一定的中华传统文化知识;把社会主义核心价值观内化于心、外化于行;拥有持续学习能力、解决新问题能力、创新能力和愿意承担更多的社会责任,方能在未来的职业生涯中走得更远。

In the past three years,college graduates have been facing more and more employment pressure,so the research on the employability of contemporary college students from the perspective of“curriculum ideological and political education”is worth studying.Through the research,it is found that,from the perspective of“curriculum ideological and political education”,the first element of the employability of contemporary college students is that they must possess diversified professional knowledge,skills and general abilities;it is necessary for them to have an overall strategic mind and a broad historical vision,and to master a certain knowledge of traditional Chinese culture;they need to internalize the core values of Chinese socialism and put them into practice;they need to have the ability of continuous learning,the ability to solve new problems,the innovative ability,and the willingness to assume more social responsibility.
