北京市老年人安宁疗护态度认知现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis of status quo and influencing factors of hospice attitude cognition among the elderly in Beijing

目的:探讨北京市老年人的安宁疗护态度及影响因素,为提升安宁疗护服务利用率提供参考。方法:采用多阶段抽样方法,随机抽取北京市4282名老年人,利用问卷调查及Logistic回归等方法分析其安宁疗护态度现状及影响因素。结果:北京市大多数老年人对安宁疗护持支持态度,年龄、户籍、文化程度、生活来源、失能状况和期望养老方式是影响其态度的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:北京市老年人对安宁疗护态度普遍较积极,但应更加注重对农业户籍、受教育水平低的高龄老年人开展安宁疗护健康教育,同时应进一步降低安宁疗护服务支付负担,构建适合老年人,尤其是中重度失能老年人的多元化安宁疗护新模式。

Objective:To explore the status quo of attitude and influencing factors of the elderly in Beijing,and provide references for improving the utilization rate of hospice care service.Methods:A total of 4282 elderly people in Beijing were randomly selected by multi-stage sampling method.Questionnaire survey and Logistics regression analysis was used to explore the status and influencing factors of Beijing elderly people’s attitudes towards hospice care.Results:Most elderly people in Beijing were supportive of hospice care.Elderly people’s attitudes towards hospice care was mainly influenced by age,household registration,education level,source of life,disability status and expected retirement methods.Conclusions:The elderly in Beijing generally hold a positive attitude towards hospice care.In the future,more attention should be paid to health education for the elderly with registered residence and low education level.Meanwhile,we should reduce the payment burden of hospice care services,build a new model of diversified hospice care needs suitable for the elderly,especially the elderly with moderate and severe disability.
