共享护士服务风险预警指标体系的初步构建

Preliminary construction of risk warning index system for shared nurse service

目的:构建共享护士服务风险预警指标体系,为我国发展上门护理服务、预防共享护士服务风险提供一定的参考依据。方法:运用文献分析法以及小组讨论法初步构建共享护士服务风险预警指标体系框架,通过德尔菲法确立其风险预警指标体系,经过层次分析法计算权重。结果:共进行了2轮专家函询,问卷回收率分别是94.4%和100.0%,专家权威系数为0.75,总体Kendall’s W系数分别为0.157,0.195(P<0.05)。最终形成的共享护士服务风险预警指标体系包括3个一级指标、14个二级指标及82个三级指标。结论:共享护士服务风险预警指标体系具有科学性和可靠性,为护航共享护士服务安全提供了一定的理论基础。

Objective:To construct risk warning index system for shared nurse service,in order to provide reference and basis for the development of door-to-door nursing service and the prevention of shared nurse service risks in China. Methods:The framework of risk warning index system for shared nurse service was initially constructed through literature analysis and group discussion. Risk early warning indicator system was established through Delphi method. And the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate weights. Results:Two rounds of expert correspondence were conducted. The effective recovery rates of 2 rounds of expert letter questionnaires were 94. 4%and 100. 0% respectively,and expert authority coefficients was 0. 75. The Kendall coordination coefficients of 2 rounds were 0. 157 and0. 195 respectively(P<0. 05). The formed risk warning index system for shared nurse service included 3 first-level indexes,14 second-level indexes and 82 third-level indexes. Conclusions:The established risk warning index system for shared nurse service had scientificity and reliability,which can provide certain theoretical basis for escorting the safety of shared nurse services.
