介绍某公司120 t/h酸性水汽提装置的工艺概况,通过建立装置模型,分析优化酸性水汽提塔侧线抽出位置、塔顶操作压力、冷料和热进料比例、热进料温度和侧线抽出量,并将分析结果应用于装置节能,使装置能耗比优化前降低71.3 MJ/t。
The study introduces the process overview of a company’s 120 t/h sour water stripping unit, and analyzes and optimizes the side draw position, top operating pressure, cold feed and hot feed ratio, hot feed temperature and side draw by establishing the unit model. The analysis results were applied to the energy saving of the device, which reduced the energy consumption of the device by 71.3 MJ/t than before optimization.
