母婴分离产妇住院期间保持正常泌乳状态的循证护理实践

Evidence-based Nursing Practice for Maintaining Normal Lactation State of Mothers Separated from Their Infants during Hospitalization

目的通过循证实践促进母婴分离产妇在住院期间保持正常的泌乳状态。方法通过文献检索、文献质量评价等方法制订4条保持母婴分离产妇产后正常泌乳的审查指标、制订相应的行动策略,并应用到临床实践中。选择2019年2月至2020年1月在同济大学附属第十人民医院分娩的产妇120名,比较证据应用前母婴分离产妇(n=60)和证据应用后母婴分离产妇(n=60)在住院期间保持正常泌乳的执行情况、产后3 d内的乳汁分泌量。结果证据应用后,4条审查指标执行率均高于证据应用前(P<0.05),证据应用后第2天、第3天母婴分离产妇的乳汁分泌量均多于证据应用前(P<0.05)。结论对母婴分离产妇实施循证护理干预,能够有效保持产妇住院期间正常泌乳状态。

ObjectiveTo promote the mother infant separation parturients to maintain normal lactation during hospitalization through evidence-based practice.MethodsThrough the methods of literature search and literature quality evaluation,four review indexes and corresponding action strategies were formulated to maintain the normal lactation of postpartum mothers with mother infant separation,and applied to clinical practice.A total of 120 parturients who gave birth in the Tenth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected to compare the performance of maintaining normal lactation during hospitalization and the amount of milk secretion within 3 days after delivery between the parturients with mother infant separation before the application of evidence(n=60)and the parturients with mother infant separation after the application of evidence(n=60).ResultsAfter the application of the evidence,the implementation rate of the four review indicators was higher than that before the application of the evidence(P<0.05),and the milk secretion of the mothers with maternal infant separation on the 2nd and 3rd days after the application of the evidence was higher than that before the application of the evidence(P<0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of evidencebased nursing intervention for mothers with maternal infant separation can effectively maintain the normal lactation state of mothers during hospitalization.
