摘要
本文以天津港智能化集装箱码头为例,阐述了淤泥质海岸遇到厚粉细砂地质夹层时,前方桩台桩基设计时持力层和桩型选择;分析桩侧摩阻力、桩端阻力、承载力折减系数和抗力分项系数对桩基承载力计算的影响;结合沉桩实际问题,综合分析施工时桩底标高难以达到设计标高的原因,最终根据高应变检测成果和打桩记录对桩基进行优化调整,从而保证结构的安全性、可靠性和经济性。
Taking the intelligent container terminal in the Tianjin Port as an example,this paper expounds the selection of bearing stratum and pile type in the design of pile foundation of front pile abutment when a thick silty fine sand geological interlayer is encountered on muddy coast,analyzes the effects of pile side friction,pile end resistance,bearing capacity reduction coefficient and resistance partial coefficient on the calculation of pile foundation bearing capacity,comprehensively analyzes the reasons why the pile bottom elevation is difficult to reach the design elevation during construction based on the actual problems with pile driving,.In the end,the pile foundation is optimized and adjusted according to the high strain detection results and pile driving records,so as to ensure the safety,reliability and economy of the structure.
