摘要
本文以天津港北疆港区某智能化集装箱码头工程为例,介绍了BIM技术集合工程三维展示、进度计划、工程量统计、施工管理、资源整合、文档归类、投资控制等综合性多元化辅助手段的应用。在BIM技术的加持下,本工程有效解决了上述环节在传统方法中的不足之处。在三维图像的帮助下,提前对设计成果进行梳理,无论是设计人员还是施工人员,都及时发现问题并修正。BIM技术作为一种全新的工程技术手段,因其具有可视化,协调性及模拟性等优势,被引入水运工程.虽然BIM技术的运用上仍旧存在一些不足,但是无可否认BIM技术的应用已成为了提升工程实施效率的重要保证。
Taking the intelligent container terminal project in the Tianjin Port as an example,this paper describes the application of the BIM technology,putting together the comprehensive and diversified auxiliary means such as project 3D display,construction schedule,quantities of works,construction management,resource integration,document sorting,investment control and so on.With the support of the BIM technology,the shortcomings of the traditional methods in the above-said means are well dealt with in the design of the terminal project.With the help of three-dimensional images,the design results are sorted out in advance,so that both designers and contractors can find any problems and correct them in time.BIM,as a new means of engineering technology,has been introduced into the water transportation engineering thanks to its advantages such as visualization,coordination and simulation.Despite of some shortcomings existing in the application,there is no denying that the BIM technology has become an important guarantee to improve the efficiency of project implementation.
