码头智控中心桩基设计要点及施工过程控制

摘要 本文对天津港C段智能化集装箱码头工程智控中心桩基设计工作进行了回顾和整理。简要介绍了工程概况、工程地质情况等设计参数,从桩型选择、桩基持力层及桩长的确定、桩数及单桩承载力的计算等方面说明了智控中心桩基设计要点。针对设计、施工过程中遇到的沉桩困难等问题,结合本地区桩基设计经验及现场试打桩记录,提出了适合本工程的停锤标准,指出了桩基施工的注意事项,保证桩基施工顺利完成。希望通过本文给类似建筑单体的桩基设计工作提供帮助。 This paper reviews and summarizes the pile foundation design of the intelligent control center of the intelligent container terminal in the Tianjin Port,briefing the general situation of the project and some design parameters such as engineering-geological conditions.The key points about the pile foundation design are explained in the aspects of pile type selection,determination of pile foundation bearing stratum and pile length,calculation of pile number and single pile bearing capacity.For the difficulty of pile driving in the process of design and construction,the hammering-stop standard suitable for the project as well as the general instructions for the piling operation are proposed from the local experience in the pile foundation design and trial piling records.The pile foundation was successfully completed.It is expected that this paper be helpful for the similar foundation design.
