天津港智能化集装箱码头场地策略研究

Research on Yard Strategy for the Intelligent Container Terminal of the Tianjin Port

为提高场地和设备利用率,更好地发挥智能化集装箱码头资源能力,应对航陆运作业高峰和不确定因素,缩短船舶在港时间和外集卡滞场时间,为客户提供安全、优质、高效的服务,提出了智能化集装箱码头场地策略目标。针对场地水平布置边装卸工艺的智能化集装箱码头,在作业执行层面分析了场位分配的步骤、场地策略影响因素等问题,提出了兼顾资源利用率和对外服务质量的智能化集装箱码头场地策略,为码头筹备和运营工作提供了场地作业参考方案。

In order to improve the utilization rate of yard and equipment,give better play to the resource capacity of intelligent container terminal,deal with the peak and uncertain factors of shipside and land transportation operation,shorten the time of ship stay in port and the time of external container truck detention,and provide customers with safe,high-quality and efficient services,the strategic goal of the automatic container terminal site is put forward.Aiming at the intelligent container terminal with horizontal layout and loading and discharging process,this paper analyzes the steps of yard allocation and the influencing factors of yard strategy at the level of operation execution,and puts forward the yard strategy of intelligent container terminal taking into account resource utilization and external service quality,which provides a yard operation reference scheme for terminal preparation and operation.
