摘要
本文以天津港C段智能化集装箱码头工程(堆场部分)为例,介绍复杂地质条件下预应力管桩施工过程中的桩位控制的方法,利用采取翻挖-回填的地下土处理工艺及自主研发的桩位定位装置解决了在复杂地质条件下顺利沉桩和桩位偏差的精确控制,保证了桩基成桩质量,对港口建设领域解决同类问题提供了借鉴,具有十分重要的推广意义。
Taking the intelligent container terminal of the Tianjin Port(container yard construction)as an example,this paper introduces the pile position control method used in the process of driving the prestressed pipe piles under the complicated geological conditions,thus leading to smooth piling and accurate pile deviation control by using the soil excavated at the pile foundation pit as the backfill and the pile positioning device developed independently by our company to ensure that the piles be droven smoothly and the pile deviation precisely controlled.It may be used for reference to solving the similar problems and widely used in port construction field.
